AllTranstek LLC, North America’s largest commercial rail transport management and consulting firm, has undergone several organizational changes.

Jeffery J. Wilson, AllTranstek’s Chief Operating Officer since 2004, has been promoted to president. Wilson has held many leadership roles in the rail industry over the past 30 years, including nearly ten years with GATX. He was a founding partner of AllTrans Management Services Corp., which became AllTranstek, LLC in 2000. Wilson received his MBA from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

The company is conducting a nationwide candidate search to fill the vacated COO role.

Richard J. Kloster, who has led AllTranstek's strategic and technical services groups for the past three years, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Kloster’s primary role will be to direct AllTranstek’s strategic, new-business development, marketing and commercial efforts. He has many years of marketing and consulting experience, including work with FTR Associates, founding of a successful consulting practice that was acquired by AllTranstek in 2012, and a prior career at General Electric and several railroads. Kloster is a frequent presenter and facilitator to the industry. He obtained his Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama, where he also completed post-graduate work. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Industrial Transportation League and holds three rail equipment patents.

AllTranstek manages more than 220,000 railcars of all types for some of North America’s largest companies. The company’s Strategic Services Group provides rail supply chain clients with market research, analytics, forecasting and strategic consulting services. AllTranstek’s Technical Services Group provides technical and operational support to the rail equipment supply chain, including field inspections, engineering, regulatory compliance and training.
