P&L announces management changes

Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc. and its affiliate companies, Evansville Western Railway, Inc. and Appalachian and Ohio Railroad, Inc. announced on Jan. 16 the appointment of several changes to its management team.

Tim Wyatt is named Vice President, Transportation & Labor. Wyatt will be responsible for all Transportation Department operations, dispatching, customer service and labor relations. Wyatt has been in the railroad industry since 1984 and with P&L since 2003. Wyatt has served P&L in several capacities, including General Locomotive Foreman, Sr. Trainmaster, Chief Dispatcher and Transportation Superintendent. Wyatt has a B.S. in Business Administration from Mid-Continent University. Wyatt reports to Tom Greene, EVP, COO and CFO.

Kevin McEwan is named Vice President, Marketing & Sales. McEwan will be responsible for all marketing, sales, pricing and industrial development. McEwan’s career began with P&L in 2006 as Manager, Revenue Analysis. He joined the Marketing Department in 2012 as Marketing Director. He is a graduate of Murray State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration. McEwan will report to President, Tom Garrett.

Chris Reck is named Assistant Vice President, Sales and Industrial Development. Reck will be responsible for all outside sales and industrial development. Reck joined P&L in 2007 and has served as a Conductor, Trainmaster and Marketing Director. Reck is a graduate of Murray State University with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Tasha Headrick and Brian Wyatt have joined the Marketing Department as Marketing Analysts and will be responsible for establishing rates and tariffs for certain commodities, market analysis and transportation contract administration.
