CN announced that shareholders elected two additional members to its Board of Directors.
Shauneen Bruder, of Ontario, and Julie Godin, of Quebec, join the board as independent directors.
Bruder is executive vice-president, operations at Royal Bank of Canada. Godin is vice-chair, chief planning and administration officer of CGI Group Inc.
The elections, including re-elections of current directors, brings to 13 the number of Board members of the Montreal-based company.
