The American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) has selected Jason Ward, Managing Partner of Industrial Search Partners, to conduct the search for a new President. Current President Richard F. Timmons will be retiring at the end of this year.
ASLRRA said the search process “will identify potential candidates with appropriate backgrounds and stature in accordance with criteria set forth by the ASLRRA Board of Directors. Interested parties should contact Jason Ward at jward@industrialsearchpartners.com.”
“Rich Timmons has been at the forefront of many issues facing the short line industry. His knowledge of our industry and his relationships with public officials and Class I railroads have been an invaluable asset to our Association,” said ASLRRA Board of Directors Chairman Ed McKechnie. “On behalf of ASLRRA, we thank Rich for his past service. We are extremely grateful for his leadership.”
